A NOEL CONCERT
A NOEL CONCERT

Due to the huge success of Noel Cabangon’s “Tuloy ang Byahe” concert held last September 28 at the Music Museum, Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) will be producing a repeat concert at The PETA Theater Center this coming December 13-14, 2012.
“Tuloy ang Byahe, The Repeat, Ngayong Pasko” is a continuation of the PETA’s campaign for its endowment fund campaign which was launched during the first “Tuloy ang Byahe” concert.
Before being the multi-platinum recording artist that he is right now, Noel started of as part of the group Buklod (Bukluran Ng Mapagpalayang Musiko) more than two decades ago. His music speak of the many artistic, social and political advocacies he carries as a member of PETA, Dakila, Akbayan, Amnesty International and Greenpeace.
“I continue to rally behind PETA and its ideals, so it is just fitting that we collaborate, because for us, really, the journey continues,” says Noel. “It is also my way of thanking my audience for their undying support to me and my music.”
Proceeds of the concert go to The PETA Endowment Fund, which is meant to ensure the sustainability of PETA which will allow them to continue their cultural work, developing future generations of artists like Noel, who are now leaders, movers and productive members of the creative force here and abroad, as well as providing a chance those who do not have financial resources to gain access to PETA’s unique creative programs.
