In this book, we have included not only the original production script of the play in Pilipino; we have also included: 1) an introductory essay on the sarsuwela as a traditional Philippine theater form revived and revitalized in recent years, written by the playwright himself who is a scholar of Philippine drama and literature; 2) production notes; 3) score for voice and piano of 20 songs featured in the musical play.
